Jason Della Rocca is the co-founder of Execution Labs that provide foundlings and mentorship for game studios. Execution Labs is looking for specific startups companies that need guidance to grow as a company. Execution Labs is looking for investment in South America, Latin America and South Asian to help those businesses that have the talent to create the games but need help to administrate the company.
Execution Labs also offers consulting work to companies that are not ready to receive investment from large companies in order to improve the studio to an entrepreneur level. According to Jason, game studios have three challenges. First, games studios must put as much emphasis on the marketing strategies as they do with the game production. Second, the studios should be able to create followers/fans that will follow the company’s work. Third, understand the business and create a goal for the company.
